Home Design Guidelines for your community must be followed when constructing a home. Before construction can begin, approval must be obtained for your design. Carefully review the requirements in the Home Design Guidelines for your lot and have all documentation ready before submitting your design for approval.

Lendlease design submissions are managed by Beveridge Williams. If it’s your first time using their portal, follow the prompts to create an account before submitting your design.

Note for Homeowners: Your chosen builder will usually apply for approval on your behalf after colour selection and plans are finalised. They will be your main point of contact, so please do not create an account or apply for approval prior to checking with your builder.
